On February 10, 1998, the court of Common Pleas hereby amened the Local Rule 13.01 A to provide for arbitration of all cases whrein the amount in controversy is $50,000.00 or less. The Parties may agree to arbitration or the court may order arbitration fo rall cases of $50,000.00 or less. All other Local Rules pertaining to arbitration remain.

WE WILL HAVE THE MEDINA COUNTY COURT OF COMMON PLEAS LOCAL RULES LOADED ON THIS PAGE VERY SOON.
